THE COOLEST BRANDS ARE AESTHETIC AND ACCESSIBLE

When your brand is accessible, it’s easier for your dream clients to say yes.

This is a one-day, done-for-you brand tune-up to remove friction, fix design gaps, and make your visuals, website, and Canva templates more inclusive—without overhauling what you’ve already built.

Accessibility is a non-negotiable for lots of reasons.

BUT LET’S LOOK AT THE NUMBERS…

%

of the world's population has some sort of disability (that's about 1 in 6 people)

%

of homepages had an accessibility failure (according to a 2024 study of one million websites)

%

of disabled people said accessibility was the reason they chose one brand over another

When your website and content are easy to read and understand, you’re also making it easy for your dream client know you’re the one for them.

And when 1 in 6 people are disabled and more than half of those people say accessibility is the reason they chose a brand, you need to be prioritizing accessibility.

Poor accessibility could be the reason you’re missing out on dream clients.

If your text is unreadable, your colors are causing eye strain, or your site doesn’t work for screen readers, people bounce—and not in the fun way.

I get it—it’s not that you don’t care, you just don’t have the bandwidth to fix it all yourself.

Lemme guess—you probably…

have been squinting at your text, wondering if it’s giving your viewers eye strain

know things like color and alt text matter but haven’t had the time or brain space to tackle it

are overwhelmed by accessibility guidelines and don’t want to get it wrong

If that sounds about right, then this is perfect for you.

MOST AUDITS FOCUS ON A SINGLE PART OF YOUR BRAND.

This is the only audit where your whole brand gets reviewed—and upgraded.

Imagine having your dream clients actually feel good while browsing your site. You pull up your site or open your Canva templates, and everything just works—not just for you, but for the people you made it for. No more friction, confusion, or accessibility gaps.

Your colors pass contrast checks without sacrificing your vibe.
Your text is legible on any screen.
The hierarchy guides your viewers where you want them to go.
Alt text? Already added.
No red flags in sight.

You’re not second-guessing if someone can read your sales page.
You’re not spiraling ‘cause someone DM’d you that your content isn’t screen-reader friendly.
And you’re definitely not stuck in the DIY weeds trying to decode WCAG on a Tuesday night, crying onto your keyboard.

Instead, you know your brand is doing what it’s supposed to do—connecting with the right people, instead of accidentally gatekeeping how awesome you are.

And you didn’t have to overhaul your brand to get here.

All you needed was the right kind of refresh.

text that reads: "Since I'm a total beginner for all things accessibility re: graphic design, I went in with an open mind. I'm glad the guide goes deeper into accessibility with respect to colors - it's not just theory. The tools really helped."
text bubble that reads: "Be sure to tout how thorough, simple, and QUICK this is! Accessibility often gets put off cuz ugh it's another thing I have to do, but this actually makes it a pretty easy win/check off the to-do list!"
text bubble that reads: "I'll recommend it to anyone who is trying to DIY their brand/website or just curious if they're in compliance and maybe want to find out it's hard but here's this person who's good at it and can do it for you instead."

FAQs

No silly questions here.

Do I need a whole rebrand first?

Nope! This is perfect if you already like your branding and just want to make it more accessible.

Is my branding going to change?

Not in any major ways. The point of the Access Pass is to make only the necessary tweaks so your brand meets accessibility guidelines. We may tweak colors and fonts, but I’ll make sure they’re as close to your original branding as possible, and you get to approve it first. We’re fixing the friction, not scrapping your style.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Once you book, you’ll need to grant me access to the backend of your website (and your Canva account if you want me to update your brand assets) and you’ll need to approve the changes so I can hit the ground running on your implementation day. Otherwise, just bring your brand assets and your cute self!

How long does it take?

The implementation happens in one day, but you’ll get everything (including your guide + summary) within 2-3 days of your booked date.

What platforms do you support?

I work inside your website (WordPress, Showit, and Squarespace) and Canva account. If you use something else, lemme know and I’ll see if it’s something I can help with.

What if I want continued support after this update?

The Access Pass includes 7 days of support after we wrap up. You can hit me up with any questions, ask for tweaks, or get feedback on the accessibility of what you’re working on.

Accessibility doesn’t have to be intimidating—that’s where I come in.

I’m Kimberly, a brand designer and creative strategist willing to die on the hill that good design should be fun, aesthetic, visually interesting, insert whatever adjective hereand accessible.

I created this offer because I kept seeing beautiful brands accidentally creating barriers—and I knew it didn’t have to be that way. Over the years, I’ve become intimately familiar with ADA and WCAG (the guidelines for accessibility), ‘cause gatekeeping isn’t cute, especially when you don’t even mean to do it.

I’m here to make the process easy, approachable, and (dare I say?) actually kind of fun. This isn’t about shame—it’s about support. You’ve already built something amazing. We’re gonna make sure more of your dream people get to fully experience it.
